Faux suede, also known as ultra suede, is made with a polyester fiber, which is relatively easy to clean. However, inks can be very tricky to remove and sometimes permanent. They contain a lot of pigment and require a lot of flushing out. The inks can be broken down with a solution of ½ water ½ ammonia. I would highly recommend the help from a professional. Inks can bleed and the results may end up with a larger stain if not done cautiously. Extreme caution should be taken working from the outside of the stain.
