Outdoor cushions often receive as much exposure to the elements as other outdoor furnishings, sometimes more.
Sun, rain, pollen, salt air, mildew, algae, bird droppings, food spills, and general outdoor soil can all affect outdoor fabrics.
For many Cape Cod homeowners, professional outdoor cushion cleaning is particularly useful at the beginning or end of the season. I clean outdoor cushions at my facility, where they can be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, dried, inspected, and prepared for their next season.

I evaluate the fabric, inspect the furniture, consider the manufacturer’s cleaning information, and select a method designed for that particular piece.
This is especially important with fine upholstery, older furniture, designer pieces, and fabrics that may react poorly to excessive moisture or aggressive cleaning.

Fine Area Rug Cleaning
Area rugs can require considerably more care than wall-to-wall carpeting.
I clean many types of Oriental and fine rugs, including wool, silk, Persian, hand-knotted, antique, needlepoint, and other specialty rugs.
Many rugs are best cleaned at my Abington facility, where I can control the cleaning, rinsing, and drying environment and inspect the rug more closely.

Outdoor cushions are not simply large pieces of upholstery.
Outdoor fabrics can have different finishes, construction, fillings, and performance characteristics. I evaluate and test the fabric before determining how it should be cleaned.
Outdoor cushions can be cleaned at my facility, thoroughly rinsed and dried, inspected after cleaning, and prepared for pickup or delivery.
